Stayed here for one night. Check in was rather hassle free and the room was renovated. But the lights in the room is very bright and lift tends to be slow. After midnight, only one door to the entrance of the hotel is left open the rest are all closed and locked. Room was ok for that kind of price point. But TV was not working (technician came and realized the power plug dropped) and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were empty. Housekeeping did not seemed to do their job.

This was my inaugural experience at AC Kuala Lumpur, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future! I'm pleasantly surprised by my decision to stay at this hotel for the entirety of my trip. The recently renovated rooms are fantastic, and having access to amenities like the gym and a small swimming pool with basic facilities adds to the convenience. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a brief stroll of less than 5 minutes to the Titiwangsa Monorail & LRT station. It's incredibly convenient and highly recommended. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Leah and Ms. Nawja for their exceptional care throughout my stay – they were incredibly efficient and kind. And a big thank you to KC TAN, the intern in the kitchen, for his outstanding egg preparation skills and attentive service. Asif in the AC kitchen deserves special mention for his boundless energy, hard work, and attentive service during breakfast. He handles everything with professionalism and seems to intuitively understand guests' preferences. I'm truly impressed. Additionally, Ali's efforts in managing the breakfast area were commendable – it's truly an amazing team! A heartfelt thanks to Jabed for consistently ensuring my room was clean and comfortable – I genuinely appreciate his efforts. Regarding the parking situation, it's worth noting that there's a fixed rate of RM10 for 24 hours of parking. I hope the hotel considers making it complimentary for Titanium Elite members, similar to what JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur offers. Public parking is an option, but it's somewhat reliant on luck. As for suggestions for improvement, I recommend the management consider installing racks in the bathroom shower area so guests can hang their facial creams or personal shampoo, as placing them on the floor is inconvenient. I'd also like to highlight the AC lounge's offering of special Spanish dishes – definitely worth trying! Additionally, I would like to address the room access card system, which appears to be outdated and in need of improvement. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple, easy, and I encountered no issues. And the door bell and security man are amazing! Awesome!

Amazing stay from start to finish. Met all our needs. 5 star all around. Rooms were spotless. Easy access to public transport or grab taxis. Local shops and eateries open from early till late. Big shout out to mr Sojib he went beyond to help us with all our needs.

Location is very good, near the monorail with easy access to KLCC. The staff are very nice, specifically Nan, Ali, and Nathaniel. The AC lounge serves western food all day eg. pizza, lasagna, spaghetti and it tastes good and is reasonably priced. The pool area is lovely (although some more seating would be good). Our room was comfortable, large, and clean. Breakfast has a good variety of choice including western food and is replenished quickly. I enjoyed the fresh scrambled egg. Disliked · The hotels main let down is breakfast. There is a good variety but it is cold. Sausages, beans, noodles, rice, curry... everything is cold every day. It is an easy thing to rectify. Room was hot in the night even with A/C on.

Check in and out were hassle free, all went smoothly. Love how the ambience gave a luxurious feel to me & my family as guests there. Our first time but definitely will return there again. The hotel was superbly clean, all over the hotel. Room was spacious, bed/pillow/sofa were comfortable. Staffs were friendly too. Looking forward to my future stays there. Thanks! Special mention to Saleha whom attended to my calls twice with so much patience and politeness. Also to Kenneth, Jomari + another small framed guy with spectacles.. their friendliness & politeness were awesome. Not forgetting Asif at the restaurant, always attentive & on his foot. Even went extra miles to prepare us newly cook. Breakfast option was limited though foods were tasty. Hotel was difficult to reach prior to my stay there; kept calling but nobody answered. Texting thru whatsapp and booking.com didn't work too.
